thanks all of you that commented on my pictures through e-mail, IM and over the phone! i'm glad you like them...i'm happy about how i look in them too...anyway...life has been super stressful lately...

i've been:

1. working full time at the animal clinic...i'm there tues, thurs, fri & sat...

2. taking biochemistry (tues-thurs9-12) ...it's a 4 week class that crams in everything that one would learn in one semester...it's really kicking my ass...and it cost $1,200 too which makes it even more painful, but pushes me to get through it with a decent grade nonetheless...

3. trying to get my knee taken care of...the knee specialist thinks it's a meniscus tear...eeekkk...so i'm trying to set up a physical therapy schedule maybe mon & wed...the specialist wants me to do PT first for 2-3 weeks and then get an MRI, and go from there...whatever is wrong with this damn knee, it hurts badly and i want it to stop!

4. attempting to have a social life...ha. nuff said. no really, i do get to go out occasionally, but when i do, i have all of this other crap hanging over my head, like school, etc...

5. deciding which veterinary schools that i'm applying to...after biochemistry is over on june 9th i'm going to start filling things out...i've narrowed down the schools that i'm applying to...these are the seven:
Cornell University (in Ithaca, NY)
University of Illinois (in Urbana, IL)
University of Pennsylvania (in the Philadelphia, PA area)
Auburn University (in Auburn University, Alabama)
Michigan State (in East Lansing, MI)
Virginia-Maryland Regional (in Blacksburg, VA)
Louisiana State University (in Baton Rouge, LA)

...that's about it for now...wish me luck in my class...oh yeah i forgot to mention, later in the summer i'm taking Calculus I...yipee!!...hopefully i'll post again soon!

woohoo

woohoo...i weighed in today and i have lost a total of 50.2 pounds...go me! and i found out that i got a 106% on my last organic chem exam! yea! tomorrow i have my orgainc chem final and then my physics final on wednesday...then i am done w/ those classes forever...too bad biochem at d'youville starts on 5/17...eeekkk! i hope that class turns out to be ok, it probably will, everything always works out in the end. school is the one thing i'm good at in life...even though everything else sucks i always have my grades...

so yeah dinner at amy's place and the ani concert and hanging out afterwards were great...this is the best sunday that i've had in a long while...i normally hate sundays...but not this one ;)
