by the way...i'm up to 45lbs lost at weight watchers! yeah...this week i lost 3lbs...after weeks of gaining .5 and .6...blah.

oh and i'm watching american idol right now...i just got into this show this season...other seasons i thought it was kind of dumb. anyway...bo and constantine are smokin' hot!!! and mario is good too! yeah.
